3. Data Usage Purpose
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Creating and verifying user accounts
- Storing and synchronizing business data (customers, sales, inventory)
- Generating invoice PDFs
- Critical stock and order notifications

Supabase stores data on secure servers in the US and European regions. It is SOC 2 Type II certified.
5. Data Security
- All data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt; not stored as plain text.
- Supabase database access is protected with Row Level Security (RLS).
- API keys are securely stored within the application.
6. Data Retention Period
Your data is stored as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted (see Section 7).
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app:
Profile → Permanently Delete My Account
This action deletes: account information, customer records, sales invoices, stock data, transaction history, and reports.
This action cannot be undone.

Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: Learn what data is being stored about you
- Rectification: Request correction of incorrect data

9. Children's Privacy
Numera Calc is a business management application and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
10. Notifications
The application may send local notifications for the following purposes:
- Critical stock alerts
- Pending order reminders
- Daily business summary
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings → Numera Calc.
